I look forward to Fall Mini Sessions every year! It is so fun to see how much kids have grown in just a years time, and to see my returning families year after year, and to hear all the life updates and stories that go with them. 2020 was a unique year for us all, and it was so good to see families still connected, still smiling, and still HAPPY together through all of the hurdles Covid brought into our lives. The families pictured below are real, wholesome, happy, and have a light that shines through it all. I love each and everyone of them!
I recently got to meet up with my dear friend Katie and her family, while I was home in Oregon visiting last week. We thought it would be fun to check out the lavender fields on this beautiful summer day. Phoebe just turned ONE a few weeks ago, and she is just the sweetest little girl. She was hugging her little bunny, and checking out all of the purple we were surrounded by. Such a fun little outing, and to top it off we got to pick up some delicious fresh veggies from the farmstead they were selling. A fun day, and one we will definitely do again!
Oh how I love spring! And one of my most favorite parts of spring are the apple blossoms that bloom in May. I do lots of sessions at Applecrest Farm in Hampton Falls, NH because they just have rows and rows of beautiful apple orchards. They also have an adorable little Bistro and Farm stand that sells cider donuts year round (side note!). My dear friend Kelsey and I met up on a beautiful spring morning to take some ONE year pictures of her adorable daughter Eloise for her upcoming 1st birthday. Big Brother Benton was also there, and was such a good sport being amongst the blossoms with us girls! Eloise is a little dream, just so girly, so calm, and has the sweetest disposition. Happy birthday sweet girl!
Just had to pop on here and do a personal post, and share that my baby girl is almost FIVE! We had a Mommy daughter date and hopped over to the Apple Orchards over in Hampton Falls, NH at Applecrest Farms, and got some cider donuts and Mom of course had to snap a few pictures while we were there. My kids are use to me playing with my camera and hardly notice me there clicking away most of the time now. But just taking a minute to wish our baby girl, Miss Emma Joy, our twirling girl, and our little ray of sunshine a H A P P Y upcoming birthday next month. You are my sunshine.
The first word that comes to mind when I think of the McGovern family is for sure the word H A P P Y! Jessie and Lou are the most joyful people to be around, and just make you feel good when you’re with them. They are so laid back, light hearted and fun loving, which makes sessions with them just seem so easy and so much fun! Nolan is absolutely hilarious, and makes the funniest expressions. He has me giggling the whole time. It was a chilly afternoon in Hampton Falls at Tonry Tree Farm, and Nolan was such a champ. He is just precious! Merry Christmas to the happiest family around!
