Meet the Parrish family. I met them over at Wagon Hill Farm in Durham, New Hampshire, on a gorgeous fall evening last week. We had lots of sunshine right at golden hour, but also lots of wind! When they walked up I thought, goodness, they are one of those families who should be in a magazine! Not only were they absolutely beautiful, Colt and Callie were the sweetest sibling pair with the happiest little spirits. Both just smiled and despite the wind were just precious. And Mom + Dad, still have a sweet spark that the pictures clearly show. What a lovely, lovely family.
Headed down to Salem, Massachusetts to meet the Buttimer family this week! Big sister Addison was the cutest, and bubbliest little girl who nearly stole the show! She was so attentive, and helpful as we took some pictures of her new baby brother Grayson. He is the kind of baby boy that is just so darn handsome. He slept and ate, and was just super chill the whole time. You could feel the love between Mom + Dad, and know without a doubt that these two children are, and will be dearly loved forever!
I look forward to Fall Mini Sessions every year! It is so fun to see how much kids have grown in just a years time, and to see my returning families year after year, and to hear all the life updates and stories that go with them. 2020 was a unique year for us all, and it was so good to see families still connected, still smiling, and still HAPPY together through all of the hurdles Covid brought into our lives. The families pictured below are real, wholesome, happy, and have a light that shines through it all. I love each and everyone of them!
Oh the Goldberg family! They are just as sweet as they are absolutely adorable. I love getting to see my friend Amanda and her kids every year when we do some family photos! She is the kindest soul, the best Mama, and the world is brighter with her in it. And when my husband sees their session each year, he reminds me that Harry has the most awesome beard ever! Ha ha! Love this family!!
On Thursday, I met up with Sandra and her cute trio for a quick Beacon Hill mini session, and what a beautiful summer day it was to be walking through the charming streets of Boston. The city is sooo quiet right now with all that is going on in the world. But also oddly peaceful. If you have never been to Acorn Street in Boston, you have to go. Honestly anytime of year it is just simply charming. It is a small private way in Beacon Hill with a cobblestone road and pedestrian only access. No cars, no parking, and just ever so quaint and just beautiful. It is also the most photographed street in Boston. We thought this would be a perfect backdrop to get some ONE year pictures of her youngest, Benson. And what a cutie he is! Big sister Lydia, and younger brother Chip had big smiles too and just dote over this baby boy. Such a sweet family, dear to my heart! Happy first birthday Benson!
