The most peaceful and serene bride, paired with the most loving groom! From the time I talked to Emma + Ryan on our first consult call, I just felt an immediate genuine calm with them, and true ease. They both spoke so kindly both to me and each other, and were on the same page about everything wedding related, and that it made my job so easy! Real love is like that. Ryan and I shared a love of photography and immediately started trading stories of our experiences in our industry, and what gear we have haha. Emma had such a similar style to what I love, and she felt like someone I had known forever!

The Wedding day ended up being one of the only gray and stormy days that I had all summer, and we were all keeping our fingers crossed that the heavy rain would hold out, and it did! For late June though, the temp was perfect, and we even had a light breeze and overcast skies. That week of summer, Nantucket always has so many things blooming, literally exploding, especially the climbing roses and hydrangeas. Nantucket truly is magnificent rain or shine, and even on her Grey Lady days, she is a jewel.

After the ceremony on the Zen Deck at The Wauwinet, they had cocktail hour on the patio under the string lights with delicious food and drinks, and the best music. The atmosphere that The Wauwinet offers, and the food that Toppers restaurant makes is unmatched. The most elegant, luxury atmosphere with the best staff. Everyone was laughing and having the best time, and when it was time to come inside and feel cozy, heart felt speeches were shared, and laughter filled the room.

An absolutely beautiful day, for the kindest, most beautiful couple. What a joy it was to get to be a part of their special day!
